The local neighbourhood and nearby park is so lovely and peaceful with some great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The flat is quite small but has all the amenities needed for a few nights. We struggled a tiny bit with the heat as the flat has no air con but other than that we enjoyed it very much. Contudo o apartamento apresentava um odor muito intenso, sobretudo na entrada, que apesar de não ser culpa da anfitriã, torna a estadia desconfortável. Como o apartamento fica situado no último andar do prédio, com os dias de maior calor, fica muito quente no seu interior o que também dificulta o bem-estar. O apartamento também denotava alguma sujidade nomeadamente numa conduta de ar junto à casa de banho onde era visível o acumular de pó e a bancada da cozinha estava bastante pegajosa.Apesar dos contratempos a anfitriã foi sempre bastante prestável e atenciosa com todas as situações.vérifié Appartement très joli, proche du métro et du parc de la butte Chaumont. However, the many smells coming from the corridor and the toilet (humidity) could be communicated prior - I understand it is not the owner’s fault but it would be great if it was clarified beforehand (the smells enter the flat at times)vérifié Ubytování bylo útulné, v dostupné vzdálenosti centra, v blízkosti velký park i nonstop obchod. Dostali jsme přesné pokyny k ubytování při příjezdu i odjezdu, snadno jsme podle popisu našli cestu k bydlení. Byli jsme spokojeni až na velký zápach, který byl v chodbičce před vstupem do bytu, otevřením dveří se dostal dovnitř a chvíli trvalo než se podařilo jej vyvětrat...
